This class is for all levels and focuses on hips, lower back and leg muscles. Class runs slow in order to hold postures and allow proper breathing. Duration of the class is approximately 40min.
Stretching is essential after a great workout or just to release some tension from a stressful day.
We recommend to wear comfortable clothes and stay warm throughout the class.
