This is a great class to follow along if you ever took a dance fitness class. If this is your very first Sensazao class, it might feel a little challenging but please follow as best as you can and let us know how you did. We would love to hear your feedback.
Our goal with this class is to help you increase your stamina and endurance while learning the essential steps that will help you learn our Sensazao choreographies faster.
Make sure you stay hydrated, and that you stretch after your workout. The cool down is a very important part for a complete workout.
