- We prefer for you to enjoy the music, which is why we don't prioritize microphones. Is this working for you?
- Would you prefer more shorter classes so you can mix and match to your mood? Or is 1hr + 1 express class per month ideal for you?

Relax + Isolate
A big part of exercise is mental. Not just the physiological benefits make it so great but also the feeling you get. Which is why isolations can be such a great alternative to high-impact workouts. We hope you enjoy this class! Don't forget that you can add a stretching session afterwards too 😉
