The main reason this tutorial is up is due to the isolations. However, what this video did not include [unfortunately] is the two round of hip circles that happen at the beginning of Combo #2. Because they are just hip circles we hope you don't need a refresher. Good news though, our next class will include a complete breakdown of hip circles, so look out for it in class #1224.
