Most of the time our playlists are defined by the music that comes to us. If you have playlists/class themes suggestions we would LOVE to hear them.

Less choreography and more flow. The goal for this class is to focus our energy on isolations. So at the end of the dance portion (minute 34:37) you will find key breakdowns for each genre (see time stamps below). All these choreos are new but not complicated. We encourage you to go in with a willingness to learn and practice patience. Perhaps use the rewind option a bit more to review at your own pace. We would love to hear from you and let us know which one of these need a tutorial 😅.
