Perfect class for beginners or if you've been away from us for too long!
The songs selected for this class will be easier to follow for a beginner to our Sensazao classes. This class is not restricted to beginners, all Sensazao students can use this class for a lighter workout or to perfect your technique.
Our goal with this class is to help you increase your stamina and endurance while learning the essential steps that will help you learn our Sensazao choreographies faster.
A playlist (PDF) has been provided, make sure you stay hydrated, and that you stretch after your workout. The cool down is a very important part for a complete workout.
